I see that the post on Having issues downloading trained module into NRF Connect - Help - Edge Impulse has hade some more progression and there is a reply from Jan. Did this work for you?

I did try to change it to https and I am still facing the same issue!

Have you checked the edge impulse forums also ?

Could the issue be with http vs https ? (try adding the s)
