The schematic looks ok as far as I can see. Do you have the spec or part number for the 32 MHz crystal? A problem with this crystal will affect the BLE radio.

According to my debugging, I found that using the "nrf_connect" app , the DK board can enter dfutarg, but my own board cannot display the Bluetooth name of dfutarg. that's why?

What's the difference between your custom HW and the DK? Can you post a schematic of the radio part please?
