Problem is fixed when i changed config settings from LTE-M to NB-IOT.

If you have an issue with the iBasis SIM, please contact iBasis Tech Support via DevZone or send an email through their customer support. There have been some issues with the iBasis SIM cards.

Please install the nRF Connect for Desktop tool, and the LTE Link Monitor app from inside the tool. Have a look at this introduction video on how to use. From here, please provide the log output from the LTE Link Monitor, which should show why it's not registering to the network.
