Probably not. It appears to be a problem with the GNU Arm Embedded Toolchain. Please double-check if the steps described in this chapter have been performed.

How did you install the nRF Connect SDK and its toolchain? Did you do it via nRF Connect for Desktop or manually?

My assumption is that something might have gone wrong during the installation.
