 I am trying to flash a custom software to a NRF52832 DK. 
 The DK is powered by USB and i&amp;#39;ve connected as follows : 
 VDD(nrf) to Vref(J link) 
 SWDIO to SWDIO 
 SWDCLK to SWDCLK 
 GND to GND

Have you tried contacting segger?&lt;/p&gt;

If yes, what does it state?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The error you&amp;#39;re getting from JFlasher is because the device is not empty, so you need to erase it first.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Are you sure you&amp;#39;re programming the correct device? If the voltage on your&amp;nbsp;external device does not match the exact voltage on the DK, you will highly likely program the internal device on the DK.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please make sure you&amp;#39;re powering your external device with the same voltage as the DK&amp;#39;s VDD_NRF.&lt;/p&gt;
