What SDK version are you using for development, and what changes exactly have you made to teh ble_app_uart example? I understand what you'd like to do, but I'm struggling to see what exactly you're struggling with. In the example project Bjørn uploaded in the case I linked to he configures a service with different UUID bases, which seems like what you'd like to do as well.

From your initial post it doesn't seem like you have modified the NUS base UUID at all. You will need to edit it to match the Rn4871 service and characteristics.

Thanks Simonr, in example I see he uses 2 UUID bases and only change byte 13th, 14th of UUID base, but I want use only 1 UUID base and change all services characteristics of UUID base. Do you understand?

Could someone help please?

Please check out our custom BLE service tutorial here explaining how you can add custom services/characteristics to an example project. I'm not familiar with the Rn4871 I'm afraid, and I think you'll have to ask Microchip for assistance on that end.
