No, we currently do not have any known issues related to GPS performance with mfw 1.3.0.

I interpret that as you do not have any issues pending on this on the Modem fimware regarding this. I am using version 1.3.0 at the moment.

SNR 28 dB is not a very good number, it should normally be around 40 or even better. Are you running the GPS sample on a custom board? Are your trying to get a fix indoors or where is the device located?

I assume that the modem firmware should not be the problem here, but just to make sure: what modem firmware version are you using? To me, this sounds more like an antenna (configuration) or environment issue.
