&lt;p&gt;For the nRF5 SDK, Susheel&amp;#39;s comment in&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/36412/checking-memory-usage-of-application"&gt;this ticket&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;might be helpful:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;You can check the .map file after you compile to see the use of memory.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In the nRF Connect SDK, you can see the total memory usage in the log output from the build, for example:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;pre class="ui-code" data-mode="text"&gt;Memory region         Used Size  Region Size  %age Used
           FLASH:      105252 B       960 KB     10.71%
