The license for the micro-ecc library can be found here: https://github.com/kmackay/micro-ecc/blob/master/LICENSE.txt

Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above copyright notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer in the documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution.

So the only requirement is adding this somewhere in your documentation.

Issue 93 might be relevant regarding patent issues, but you should have your own legal team look into it.

No, I don't believe the use of the micro-ecc library in DFU leads to any copyright issues.
