I would recommend you to take a look at the <span><a title="TWI Sensor Example" href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v17.1.0/twi_sensor_example.html?cp=8_1_4_6_43">TWI Sensor Example</a></span> in the regular nRF5 SDK to figure out what dependencies you need to include in your mesh project (source files, include paths, and sdk_config.h settings), then refer to the <span><a title="TWI master" href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v17.1.0/hardware_driver_twi.html?cp=8_1_2_0_17">TWI master</a></span> driver documentation for instructions on how to use the APIs.
