Update 52840 over LTE

Check out the following patch: https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-nrf/compare/v1.4.0...plskeggs:feature-uart-dfu-v1.4.0
- It demonstrates how to update the firmware of the nRF52840 in the following manner: cloud --LTE--> nRF9160 --UART--> nRF52840
- This solution is based on NCS v1.4.0, so probably need to do some porting to make it work with NCS v1.6.0. Please tell me if you are struggling.

Update nRF9160 over BLE

If you have access to a computer when doing the update you can use the following approach: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/59186/nrf91-firmware-upgrade-over-ble/240806#240806
If you have the BLE Host on the nRF9160 and the BLE controller on the 52840, with UART communcation between them (like the BLE Gateway sample) you can simply use the following approach: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/69368/nrf5340-fota-system-reset-after-pairing/286031#286031

If none of the above solutions works for you please inform me and I will tell you how to go about it then.
