I found the documentation of the manifest.json format that nRF Cloud expects here: api.nrfcloud.com/v1

when building your application with FOTA enabled, you should get the following file:

.../<your build folder>/zephyr/dfu_application.zip

This .zip contains the manifest and binary firmware update image.

Dear I know that bundle can be created from nrfcloud.com

I want to know which firmware files will be included in the bundle.

When I create bundle it browse to find files. Which files I need to add in the bundle. 2ndly when segger embedded studio compiles all the binary files. Where does it store fota files so that I can use those files to create a bundle

You can create a new bundle in the nrfcloud.com UI. Click "Device Managment" > "Firmware Updates" and on that page there is a "Create Update" bundle. After it's created it should show up under the "Bundles" tab.

You can also upload a bundle zip using the REST API. The docs describe the URL format, the manifest file contents and some example curl commands to upload it: api.nrfcloud.com/v1
