 thanks for your support in advance. 
 when trying to build with example of sdk, I got the following error. it seems to be related with build env setting... please help me to solve it.

&lt;p&gt;I solved this build issue. when checking root-cause, most errors are caused by the ALIGN(16) usage of nrfx_coredep.h file (161 line). I commented it and also ALIGN(4) usage of nrf_sdh_ble.c file.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This is related to a bug in the MDK included in nRF5 SDK v17.1.0. There is a note regarding this in the &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v17.1.0/index.html"&gt;SDK release notes&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;with a workaround:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;blockquote&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Note for IAR 8 users:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When using IAR 8, you must apply the following workaround in the MDK:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Apply a patch to modules/nrfx/mdk/compiler_abstraction.h at line 140&lt;br /&gt; (fix the &amp;#39;__ALIGN()&amp;#39; macro definition): use the argument &amp;#39;n&amp;#39; in the macro expansion instead of &amp;#39;x&amp;#39;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Another option is to download and use the latest MDK version, nRF MDK v8.42.0, where this has been fixed. You can find&amp;nbsp;this by going to the following link:&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-tools/nRF-MDK/Download#infotabs"&gt;nRF MDK Downloads&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
