I have tried using the NRF_FICR register but I couldn&amp;#39;t find the revision there. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;when actual devices (including marketing material die photos) don&amp;#39;t follow this scheme, e.g. QIAAD0?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Or is &amp;quot;Dx0&amp;quot; a mistake, and it should instead say &amp;quot;Dx&amp;quot;?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;AAD0 means that you have a revision 2, which can either be a aQFN73 or a WLCSP package.&lt;/p&gt;
