Have a look at nRF Toolbox on our GitHub. The app hasn't been refreshed recently, so you may need to fix few issues initially, but it contains dfu profile. The whole dfu part to implement consist of extending the dfu service and starting it using DfuServiceInitiator, which you can also use to customize uuids. Most of the work needed you'll spend on the UI, requesting permissions etc, dfu part will just take few lines of code.

Hello,

The option to customize UUIDs was added based on request from users, and it needs to in users' apps. None of apps provided by Nordic support custom UUIDs for any service. If you don't have your own app I recommend setting default UUID values until the app is ready.
