I have a custom board with softdevice 132 and sdk 15.0.3 where I have configured pin P0.16 and P0.17 for uart (rx, tx). I have read in other posts/problems that this pins ("Traced" pins) can be used to other jobs as "gpio", "spi", "ble

RE: NRF52 problem with "Traced" pins and "Uart"

Hi PK.

I´m testing it, at this moment it´s all ok and works.
In most sample projects, TRACE pins are configured as normal GPIO pins so you can configure them as you configure any regular GPIO pin. As for the error, kindly try referring to this thread and let me know how it goes.

Hope this helps!

Are you using an nRF52 DK? If so, the P0.16 is configured as a button and P0.17 is not a 'Trace' pin and is connected to an LED. Kindly verify.
