Bootloader suggestion is good but to put bootloader into SoC , i need one downloader. so i am looking for the working downloader. The documentation for flashing is available at chapter 6 in the Product Spec.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There should be ready made programmer on the market, as you already mentioned in your question.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Another alternative is to have a bootloader on thenRF24LE1 so that you can update via UART from PC for example. One example for bootloader is &lt;a href="http://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/nordic/download_resource/10878/2/68288770"&gt;the nAN-018&lt;/a&gt;.
