Hi romanprinc,

I ended up porting the bits I needed and implemented my own in C#. I used the following implementations as source material to work from:

GitHub - boogie/mcumgr-web: MCU Manager for browsers

GitHub - NordicSemiconductor/IOS-nRF-Connect-Device-Manager: A mobile management library for devices supporting nRF Connect Device Manager.

And to a lesser extent:

GitHub - NordicSemiconductor/Android-nRF-Connect-Device-Manager: A mobile management library for devices running Apache Mynewt and Zephyr (DFU, logs, stats, config, etc.)

I have just implemented the DFU/OTA process as this was the primary requirement for us.

We do not provide any Xamarin package for MCUBoot and mcumgr based DFU. (They may be some other implementations out there that I am not aware of, though.)

Hi Phil,

Nordic does not have a Xamarin package for MCUBoot and mcumgr based DFU (so for nRF Connect SDK context), nor am I aware of any such package. Perhaps someone else on this forum knows about something or has something they ware willing to share?

Without this there are several other options. For instance implement your mobile apps again without Xamarin, or as you say use nRF5 SDK instead. Those are very different approaches, though. Regarding the nrF5 SDK versus nRF Connect SDK I suggest you read the nRF Connect SDK and nRF5 SDK statement and keep that part of your considerations.
