&lt;p&gt;I suspect you don&amp;#39;t have the VScode extension installed which would be the root cause of most of the issues you describe.&amp;nbsp;There are several ways to install the extension, the simplest is to search for it in VSCode&amp;#39;s extension browser.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I will take issue 1 to the nRF Connect SW team&amp;nbsp;to see if they have any suggestions.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In the mean time, please run the&amp;nbsp;&amp;quot;Generate support information&amp;quot; command in the command palette and copy the output data from the &amp;quot;output&amp;quot; terminal to this ticket.&lt;/p&gt;
