&lt;p&gt;You could solve this by rewriting the flash but you have to erase first. But you will lose the calibration data that stored in FICR&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ps_nrf52805/ficr.html"&gt;https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ps_nrf52805/ficr.html&lt;/a&gt;.
