&lt;p&gt;The memory map (section 8.3) in the latest revision of the &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/nRF52832_PS_v1.7.pdf"&gt;product specification v1.7 for nRF52832&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;should have the correct locations of all memory data.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Thank you for notifying us of this. Please note that this Errata document you&amp;#39;re looking at is very old, and only applies to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;nRF52832 Engineering A revisions, which are not production ready. We strongly recommend using revision 2 or newer of the nRF52832 for new designs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;I can&amp;#39;t guarantee that we will update the errata documentation, as it is not very relevant anymore (not at all for the newer revisions than Engineering A).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
