&lt;p&gt;Normally, I&amp;#39;d say that QFAA means that they are 256 kB chips, and that R7 indicates that this is for ordering a reel. As you can see in the &amp;quot;Marking/shipping labes&amp;quot; section, new devices will have FA, GC or G0 markings for the QFN, 256 kB package.&lt;/p&gt;
