&lt;p&gt;Thanks for the file and the figure, and I have forwarded them to the internal.&amp;nbsp; Since our nRF52DK and DTM firmware don&amp;#39;t implement the USB function, it would not be easy for us to reproduce and fix. Therefore, before it is fixed,&amp;nbsp; I would suggest to use the old version of nRF connect desktop and DTM app as you used previously. Sorry for the inconvenience.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Just confirmed by the developer that the DTM app only supports the J2 USB port (as jlink CDC UART port) on DK even in the old version. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;First, before the DTM tool was updated to V2.00, the PC was connected to the target board via USB to Serial port (also known as the solid-state serial port I mentioned above);&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Second: now after the DTM tool is updated to V2.00, only jlink CDC Serial can connect to DK board.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;That is to say, hardware development can only use jlink CDC Serial to connect the target board.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Third: This update may increase your test DK board sales in the short term, but it is very unfriendly to product development, and some users may give up using your chip products in the long run.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So my requirement now is: what should I do if I want to use an older version of the DTM tool? &lt;p&gt;I get the same frame as your figure in the original post. DTM app doesn&amp;#39;t list the device immediately, but it takes about 30 seconds. We are trying to improve that.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can you check the&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;JLINK serial port of DK detected by&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;Device manager while opening the DTM app? As the figure in my first rely. In this step, we can make sure the DK connects to the pc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Then, open the DTM app.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
