The typical boot up times for the MCU depend largely on the boot time for the modem. You can see the startup times <a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fps_nrf9160%2Fsupply_monitoring.html&amp;cp=2_0_0_4_2_4_0&amp;anchor=unique_692184254">here</a>. If you want a shorter boot up time, you can try disabling <a href="https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/kconfig/CONFIG_LTE_AUTO_INIT_AND_CONNECT.html">CONFIG_LTE_AUTO_INIT_AND_CONNECT</a>.
