Is that just in Keil? Do you have issues getting a hexdump now as well? What about on the nRF Connect Programmer?

Hmmm, now it seems that I can flash it (I'm able to start a Keil debug session) , however during read out the flash data I get the next error:

That is really odd. Could you try again, and follow the steps outlined in this file?

If that doesn't work, send me a hexdump by running:

nrfjprog --readcode --readuicr dump.hex

So, we read the following register via JLinkCommander

SWDReadAP 3 //CTRL-AP Bank 0, register offset 3 (APPROTECTSTATUS 0x00C): Access port protection status
SWDReadAP 3 //Second read returns the value: 0: enabled 1: not enabled

And it is returned as 1.

nRF Connect doesn't warn anything after unlock, but after power re-connection it complain about the protection is activated.

What SoC are you using?

And in what way does it seem like it is disabled? Doesn't for instance the nRF Connect Programmer complain that it is locked?
