I downloaded the 2015-05-11 Raspbian, it has bluetooth_6lowpan included.

add "bluetooth_6lowpan" into /etc/modules.conf , then it works

Follow the page u gave me, when I try to build the package of kernel-image, it appeared a problem: missing /lib/modules/

Try "sudo modprobe -v ipv6". Remember to add this module to /etc/modules for auto-loading at boot.
