Unfortunately I don't have .11 to test with, my boards are slightly newer, but I can confirm it worked here using those. Not sure how to proceed, do you have any other nordic DK's you can use for test?

Hi,

Sometimes a picture can say more than a thousand words, but can you provide the version number of the nRF5340-DK's you are using?

Hi Kenneth,

I followed your instructions but no success:

Step 1: Programmed board1 with a sample bluetooth application. Verified that it was working via LightBlue

Step 2: Erased board 1 using commands below and verified that board1 was erased

nrfjprog --recover --coprocessor CP_NETWORK
nrfjprog --recover

Step 3: Connected board1 to board2. Powered board2 from VDD on board1. - LED4 lit up. Ribbon cable between board1 P19 and board2 P18

Step 4: Attempted to erase board2 using above commands. Failed. Log file attached

I don't see any obvious reason this shouldn't work, but a few things to try:

Make sure to install latest nRF Command line tools: https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-tools/nRF-Command-Line-Tools/Download

Run the following commands should erase both cores of the target board:

nrfjprog --recover --coprocessor CP_NETWORK
nrfjprog --recover

If still no luck, what is the versions printed on the nRF5340-DK's? Instead of connecting board2 to USB in a second PC, can you try connecting VDD(~3V) from board1 to the external supply header of board2.
