Yes, S110 and S120 are softdevice, they are like mini operating system for Bluetooth Low Energy to work on the nordicsemiconductor chip. But for blinky example you do not need it. Keep playing with your new toy. Good Luck

I downloaded at developer.nordicsemi.com/ and use blinky example in SDK. But I do today, it is playing. Thanks your answer. And I have another question. What is the softdevice? That I've know is virtual machine. But I still don't use it. Because I have real machine and I don't have knowledge about it. But I understand that how test is very important. I want to know it, too. And one more question is. That S110, S120 and so... it is the soft device?

maybe you can use nRFo Studio to erase chip , and download fw again

Where did you download this blinky example? I mean which SDK are you using? If you are not using any softdevice then did you check if you selected blinky->blank project
