Disconnect the power source from the SPIM4, wait for about 10 seconds, and then reconnect the power. This can help reset the device and clear any temporary issues.

Are you able to test this setup with another SPIM instance? SPIM0, SPIM1, SPIM2 or SPIM3?

Hi Øyvind,

SPIM4 is not used in high speed mode. There is a single device on the SPI bus, and spi-max-frequency is set to 5 MHz.
SPIM4 pins are configured as follows:

sck-pin = <47>;
miso-pin = <45>;
mosi-pin = <46>;
cs-gpios = <&gpio1 12 GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW>;
miso-pull-down;

I'll look into this. Some questions it would be useful to have the answers to:

Are you using the SPIM4 in the high-speed 32 Mbps mode?

Which pins are you using for the SPIM4?
