You may use direct test mode as it is, since it verify the radio performance. There are only some minor differences to deviation and timing between ANT and BLE, so even if you are not using the exact same channel there is no possibility that DTM will peform well and ANT will not. This is also the case for instance for BLE enabled devices, the product may use 2Mbps and all channels, though in a production test it's only common to test default 1Mbps and a few channels (low, middle and high).

All that said, you may modify the DTM project to use channel 57 if you want to test it in specific, it's also possible to modify for instance the DTM project to output RSSI by looking at this case:
