The Adafruit Tag Reader example shows how to use an Adafruit NFC Shield to make an NFC polling device that is able to read and parse the content of an NFC type 2 or 4 tag, and requires an Adafruit PN532 NFC shield to work, as the NFC antenna on the nRF52 DKs are not able to read NFC tags.
