As you said, I couldn't find the reason why. So I decided to use different way to implement my driver.

i do not see any conflicts in your ADS read function and using app_timer. If i understood correctly, if you do not use app_timer callback for ADS read, then it works correctly? If so that is very strange as your read function is pretty simple as you are bitbanging the GPIO pins.
