I'm using Windows Virtual PC. I'm not sure what the configurations are though. Do you know where I can find them? At the home screen, I click the USB menu, and it says "unidentified device" (which is the nRF24E1 Dongle)

What are the configurations for USB on your VrtualBox? Are you using VirtualBox OSE?

I was told that the nRF24Z1 is not going "end of life" and was recommended to me for wireless transfer of high quality audio. I tried running a virtualbox, but when I insert the dongle, the virtual machine doesn't recognize the device. Only Windows 7 sees it.

The nRF24Z1 is not currently recommended for new designs, and it was decided that the driver for the dongle would not be ported to Windows 7.

You can try downgrading your Windows version, perhaps running in a virtualbox.

Thank you for the comment. I looked where you suggested, and those files don't include the driver software for the dongle. I think this dongle is supposed to be preloaded with its own driver software, but it seems to be missing that important piece.
