Your throughput in all your tests seems a bit low. If the devices are within a few meters of each other then you should get closer to 500kbps in 1mbps PHY, and 1000kbps in 2mbps PHY.

I struggle to undestand your diagrams, how do you run the throuput test directly on a PC? Do you still use a DK connected to that laptop as the BLE modem or are you using the laptop's onboard bluetooth device?

Thanks for the useful information, but before diving into the optimization of those parameters, I just want to compare the same configuration, but I see that the nRF5284-DK center and the Laptop Center are significantly different. Is this unusual? Or am I still missing some information

That depends entirely on the connection's parameters(connection interval, MTU length, Data Length Extension, PHY, etc).

Hello,

Connection parameters are the main way to influence throughput.
Please take a look at the SoftDevice's throughput documentation to see which connection parameter configurations might yield higher throughput for your application.
If you are experiencing a noticeable lower throughput when connected to the laptop uses the same connection parameters as the nRF DK central.
