&lt;p&gt;Is the nRF Current measurement pin (P22) on the nRF91DK open? If so, put a j&lt;span&gt;umper on P22. If the&amp;nbsp;P22 is open,&amp;nbsp;it is not able to communicate with the chip from the JLink-OB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For the P&lt;span&gt;rogrammer&amp;nbsp;app, you would need to remove the pin connection from PPK2 and put the Jumper back on P22. Then, the DK can be detected by the Programmer app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Try to turn off the DK and make only the PPK2 connect to the PC. After&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;the Power Profile app of NRF Connect detects and connects to PPK2, turn on the DK.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
