i have set Preprprocessor Definitions and User Include Directories.

the same error:

undefined reference to `NRF_LOG_DEBUG'

What I meant was, could you try set the global macro in Segger Embedded Studio? Like you did in your first screenshot but in this format: SDK_ROOT=<the path to nRF5 SDK instance>

Can you try set the global macro to SDK_ROOT=<the path to nRF5 SDK instance>?

Hi,

Can you check inside the folder nRF5 SDK v17.0.2 that there is not another folder with the same name? If it is you have to move it out.

Also, if they are in the same directory then you won't need the global macro.
