I think it refers to "v1.7.1\nrf\samples\bluetooth\peripheral_uart\build_nrf5340dk_nrf5340_cpuapp", but I'm actually not sure, I need to set up SEGGER Embedded Studio (SES) on my computer and test myself to check this. However, see my comment below first.

If you've just started, I would recommend you to use nRF Connect for VS Code instead of SES. We have been putting a lot of focus into this lately.

The VS Code extension will automatically program both the application core as well as the network core when flashing Bluetooth samples onto the nRF5340. So you don't need to go through all the extra steps like in SES.
