We are working on the iOS App development for our BLE device. Our query is that, “we have completed the connection with Ble device with our iOS application on first time, but there is one issue we are facing when we kill and open the iOS app again

RE: Issue at client (iOS App) Side

I suggest that you for instance use nrf sniffer for ble to check the communication:
https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-tools/nRF-Sniffer-for-Bluetooth-LE

This may help identify if data is sent on the link or not.

One thing you may consider is that for instance the central device (e.g. iOS) write some data periodically fromt the app (e.g. every <1seconds), and if no data is received on the peripheral (e.g. every >1second), it can assume the app is shut down, and the peripheral can disconnect and start advertisment again (waiting for the app to open).
