Hello folks,

I'm having a similar problem. I just purchased a Thingy:91 (received it yesterday) and it has an 18 digit code on the front. I tried entering this into the registration window in nRF cloud, and it said it's expired. I logged into the AT terminal, and did the %XICCID as suggested by Markus, and it shows the same code with two more digits (20 total) after it (4F).

I can't tell if it's a website glitch and I need to be able to enter two more digits, or an artifact of the XICCID command, or if the eSIM is actually expired.

Do I need a new SIM?

I found the ICCID by inserting the SIM into a 4G USB modem but I spend a lot of time for something that should work out of the box (first expired SIM card and then wait a week for a replacement card with only EID on it). What I didn't know was that I could just insert my own SIM and enter my SIM ICCID number to the nrfCloud.

I just found out that you also can read the ICCID by using %XICCID :-)

The 19 digits are the EID and not ICCID. Please get in touch with IBasis as they will provide you with the corresponding ICCID.
