Hi Horiebin, I tried here and also have an issue with the v1.19. Seems that there is a incompatibility between nRFGo Studio v1.19 and nRFTools (all version). However there is a workaround for that. What you need to do is:

Uninstall nRFTool, nRFGo Studio
Install nRFGo Studio v1.19
Rename folder "nrf51" in C:\Program Files (x86)\Nordic Semiconductor to "nrf5x"

It should work after that. But if you don't plan to flash old softdevice, then you should use nRFGo Studio v1.20. Future release of nRFGo Studio should fix this issue.

Hello, I try install the Studio v1.19 with the Tools but it comes out an error: nrfjprog.dll is not correctly installed. Please run the nRF Tools installer to install the newest version. So I try to install the Tools v1.20 but I remains the Studio v1.19 but it can't work. How to solve this problem

@riceman0: I have the same suggestion as with Vidar in support portal. The new release of the nRFGo Studio, v1.20 is not backward compatible with older Softdevice. We will fix this in the next release of the nRFGo Studio.

In the mean time please use nRFGo Studio v1.19.
