 in Product Specification document of nRF9160 Product Specification 
 I found that accuracy of LFXO is +/-20ppm 
 is this accuracy valid for all the temperature range -40° to +80°C ?

&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.ndk.com/en/products/search/crystal/1190935_1494.html"&gt;Here &lt;/a&gt;are the&amp;nbsp;specifications of a crystal that is of the same kind that is inside the nRF9160 System in Package.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We can see that the frequency tolerance is valid within&amp;nbsp;25±3°C, outside of that temperature range we can apply the temperature coefficient and get a parabolic curve that shows the deviation in ppm.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Take a look at &lt;a href="https://www.st.com/resource/en/application_note/an2971-using-the-typical-temperature-characteristics-of-32-khz-crystal-to-compensate-the-m41t83-and-m41t93-serial-realtime-clocks--stmicroelectronics.pdf"&gt;this &lt;/a&gt;paper to see how it is applied.&lt;/p&gt;
