&lt;p&gt;What you&amp;#39;re measuring is within expected range for the SAADC. I don&amp;#39;t think that this is much.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I figured out the problem thanks to &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/members/stian"&gt;Stian Røed Hafskjold&lt;/a&gt; that he advised me how to properly measure the current using the PPK II and nRF52840. During my last measurements I didn&amp;#39;t turn on SW10 (VEXT-&amp;gt;nrRF) on nRF52840. Now I measure around 5.3uA.&lt;/p&gt;
