Hi Øyvind,

I have followed the same steps 1,2,3,5

and i have LTE Jio sim. (but it is not an NB-IOT sim) only LTE sim.

I have inserted and powered up . But only LED3 is blinking and no LED4 blink or SIm is not enabled .in the screenshot the LTE tab is not enabled . please check and is that i need to configure LTE sim in nrf cloud or in the device using any AT commands .

in device switch1 and switch 2 set to N.C (right side)

I didn't connect any external antenna for LTE and GPS

the sim must have any special functionality or normal LTE cellular SIM for JIO is enough right?

Hello,

Did you follow the steps provided with the error code on nRF Cloud?

The device cannot be found in the device registry, i.e., it is not 'known' by the IoT cloud platform. Possible reasons:

You entered the device id and/or ownership code (PIN or HWID) incorrectly.
Before attempting association, you did not wait for the LEDs to indicate the device was provisioned.
Corrupt modem firmware.
Corrupt, wrongly flashed, or illegitimate device certificates.
Poor LTE connection

Also, using the log output function in LTE Link Monitor is encourage to see messages/error.

No, iBasis is not supported. Currently, only Jio is supported in India.

Please retry with Jio SIM.
