&lt;p lang="en-GB"&gt;Probably the server is observing one or several resources/object instances resulting in notifications send by the client. The client itself does not send any notifications on its own without any request from the server. Could you check on the server side if any &lt;a href="https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/1.8.0/nrf/samples/nrf9160/lwm2m_client/README.html#enabling-notifications"&gt;notifications&lt;/a&gt; are enabled?&lt;/p&gt;
