&lt;p&gt;Could you try changing the configuration CONFIG_BT_L2CAP_TX_BUF_COUNT to 6, it is presumably defaulting to 3 in your application.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You could alternatively wait for ATT Responses for each of those subscriptions before triggering another bt_gatt_subscribe(). You can see that the memory is freed from the request slab in att_confirm() -&amp;gt;att_handle_rsp().&lt;/p&gt;
