&lt;p&gt;There were some detection issues with the apps in nRFConnect v3.8.0, but if you update to the latest version (v3.9.1) and make sure the programmer is updated to v2.0.1. If you have issues here, can you upload a screenshot of the programmer app page and show us how the log field looks, etc.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You can also try powering off all connected devices before opening the Programmer app, and then power the device you want to connect to.&lt;/p&gt;
