If you have issues here, can you upload a screenshot of the programmer app page and show us how the log field looks, etc.</p> <p>You can also try powering off all connected devices before opening the Programmer app, and then power the device you want to connect to.</p> <p>Best regards,</p> <p>Simon</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
