I have installed nRFConnector and Segger Studio. Now, I want to test Blinky project. I connected a USB cabel to USB connector which is near power switch. I slide the power switch to USB.
For normal developement, the power switch is usually in the VDD mode.
The USB mode means that the kit gets power from the "nRF USB" connector, beside the LED1-4, marked J3.
For more information on the power switch, see nRF5340dk power source.

For information on different solutions for working with the nRF5340, see Building and programming an application.

For a good tutorial on how to debugging with the nRF Connect SDK, I recommend our VS Code Extension Getting Started video series. Video 5: Debugging is especially relevant here.

If you want to use Segger Embedded Studio for Debugging, it should be straight forwards as well.
First build and flash your program normally to check that it works.
Then choose the "Debug" menu from the top and press "Run".

Regards,
Sigurd Hellesvik
