&lt;p&gt;I think this may have something to do with the nrf5340DK dual cores. Since it has the &lt;a href="http://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/1.8.0/nrf/samples/bluetooth/throughput/README.html#:~:text=If%20you%20use%20nRF5340%20DK%2C%20the%20additional%20configuration%20of%20the%20network%20core%20will%20be%20taken%20from%20the%20child_image%20directory.%20For%20more%20details%20see%3A%20Image%2Dspecific%20variables."&gt;network core and application core&lt;/a&gt;, maybe when you re-flash , it is not necessary that the network core does not do this. So it would be great if you could check if your child image (hci_rpmsg) is configured with the BLE supports,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you have a problem even then, could you share a sniffer trace so that we can look into this?&lt;/p&gt;
