You are correct, the smaller WLCSP package is often used when size constraints are high.

Thanks for your reply ,Yes i have gone through that document it showed me the various versions and i found CDAB is mostly used for wearable applications and QFAB other than wearable applications

Hi,

Please see the compatibility matrix. The difference between the different packages are: Package type, flash size and RAM size.

The QFAB has 128kB of flash, 16kB of RAM and uses a QFN48 type package.

The CDAB had 128kB of flash, 16kB of RAM and uses a WLCSP type package.
