I do not have the compatibility matrix handy now, but if you think it is SD110_8.0, then SD110 8.0 is available in SDK8.0, so it should be suitable for your hardware.

Aryan, thanks. I suppose the problem is the REV2 chip I am using... I will receive Rev3 by the end of August, and will further test it. Also for REV2 which are the most reliable SDK and SD110 version to use? I see in the compatibility matrix that the SD 8.0.0 is compatible. Is this right? But there is no info about the SDK version.

Yes, I have confirmed the same thing with GCC, it works with Keil. I wish I had time to investigate this, but i am out of time. If it works with Keil it should have worked with GCC. Needs more analysis, hopefully someone will help you. Ill upvote the question

Check the series compatibity matrix, S130 does not work on Rev1 and Rev2. I haven't tried it yet, let me try to flash your code and see

The difference is the S110 vs S130 differences, like Flash start, RAM sizes, etc etc...

when you say different Makefile that works, can you see what is different.
